A brilliant student is a student who comes early to class,

Waits for the lecturer,

write his notes, go home and does his assignments,

Do all classworks, read his notes alone for test,

Avoid risks, doesn't go beyond boundaries of what he was taught but sticks to notes alone,

Doesn't challenge the lecturer in class even though the lecturer is wrong. He is obedient.

Waits for another assignment before he goes to study further, he doesn't make researches unless he's given an assignment.

He fears failure so he's careful not to make mistakes, he avoids making mistakes and taking risks

He doesn't ask questions because he's scared he would be laughed at,

Writes exactly what he wrote in his notes during the test.

Prepare for exams and rewrite all that he has written in his notes.

After all his exams and tests are a test of memory.

How well he remembered what his lecturers taught.

He comes out with the best grades and then he gets a certificate.

He goes to seek a job.

Unfortunately, he either doesn't get a job or he's underpaid.

Why???

Because the real world, the companies, the industries have another definition of a brilliant worker.

WHO IS A BRILLIANT EMPLOYEE

An employee that loves questioning, loves inquiring,

Doesn't wait for instructions, he knows how to figure things out,

Challenges things and not afraid of failing,

He doesn't wait for maps, he invents his own, he is creative,

He's not tested based on memory but based on creativity, based on figuring things out,

Doesn't avoid risks, faces his fears head on,

Goes beyond boundaries by thinking outside the box,

Challenges his boss if he's wrong,

Doesn't wait for a duty before he improves himself, before he hones his skills.

You'll discover that the school system prepared us exactly in opposition to what the real world demands of us,

To what companies requires of us,

To what success in our jobs needs from us.

It's a big irony really.

We pay for school to prepare us for the real world and the school now teaches us exactly opposite of what the real world demands.

We spent reasonable number of years in school only for it to mislead us about the real world.

Something can be done, we can all know the truth,

We deserve to know the truth..

I will tell the truth.…

THE PRESENT SCHOOL SYSTEM DOESN'T PREPARE US FOR THE REAL WORLD.
