2019 BEGINS NOW
The fewer workers in the bank, the increase in the number of mobile devices and the cheaper the prices, the fewer workers in companies...
If there is anything to expect in 2019, it is to expect a bigger shift in the world of work.
By 2019, lots of jobs would be created or opportunities for jobs would be made available and only a very few would be ready for it.
This is no prophecy, it is still dependent on the level of knowledge of the school system and the requirements from the real world. Since I know nothing has so much changed about the school system, then I know it's still the same results.
There are so many things you can actually do but the first step you need to take is this;
GET UP, BURN YOUR CALENDAR! 2019 BEGINS NOW
I don't expect you to do that literally and if you already did, I'm impressed at how serious you take my words.
What I simply mean is that your plans and actions for 2019 should begin now. Do not wait till Dec 31st.
It's easier to get left behind. Matter of fact some folks are already left behind in the world of work.
It's funny how some people fight against the air in their circle. Your skill is no longer relevant yet you keep hoping for an employer from Mars to offer you a job. Doesn't work that way.
The world of work doesn't go back to pick any folks, matter of fact, it is set to go on a race. You get left behind, tell that to your friends.
We've got about 6 weeks before 2019 in the old calendar. 6 weeks is enough to make up your mind about a million and seven things and accomplish a thought and two out of them.
How does the world of work look like?
Well, fewer people in banks sitting in rows to take stock of financial details or recording. Every should be able to make deposits right at the corner of their homes through the latest ATM overhauling.
Companies do not need too many people sitting in rows as sales girls, secretary, documenters, and lessee cooks in kitchen.
We would have people working a lot from the comfort of their homes and many more creative professionals resuming to work.
We would have a higher degree of university dropout as well if nothing is done to the educational system anyways.
So 2019 is a big revolution in the world of work and it is likely you also get left behind if what you know yesterday is all you know. You should be able to predict tomorrow and be well versed in what should be known today.
In the world of business, there would be lesser hypes because those who thrive in hype would have fewer customers. Customers would want businesses that can relate with them and marketers who are their friends and not marketers who just try to steal their money and give them a product they don't want.
It is a time where the risk takers would create huge impact. Companies who do not sit back to wait for who would take the bold step into the market space but take the risk with a well planned structure would dominate the market.
If you are not prepared for the world of work for 2019, you would as well roam the streets seeking for jobs.
The movement and the shift has already begun. 2019 is already taking its toll on the days.
You can as well burn that calendar. Let your 2019 begin now!
